The second-hand marketplace Members Voice Displeasure Over Sizing Changes
Shoppers are voicing their frustration after an update resulted in items being listed as the wrong size.
The popular resale platform has revised its measurement guidelines for women's and children's clothes but did not contact all users about the change.

Numerous buyers and vendors are posting online claiming that product pages now present a modified sizing category than originally posted as a result of the reclassification.
The company said the revised method more closely matches similar services.
They have suggested members to check their listings and update the measurements by hand where appropriate, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Changes
Previously, the sizes had both numerical and alphabetical indicators, such as S/8 or M/10.
The revised method features an alphabetical indicator and numerical range for example S/UK 8-10.
In some cases, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size used to be a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.
User Stories
Frankie Bridger, who creates plus-size fashion videos, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," as the platform currently indicates.
Another user, from Glasgow, explained products she uploaded featuring size 14 markings were displaying on the service as larger sizing 20-22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they may become frustrated," she stated.
Necessary Adjustments
A different user, based in Derby, stated she felt frustrated because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizes on "every single listing".
"For me this is particularly frustrating, as I'm chronically ill and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she said.
Marketplace Information
The platform boasts over 100 million members, with 18 million British users.
It has emerged as a preferred choice versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance that an unexpected update to the app has proved unpopular: previously, Vinted reversed a change to its shipping options due to shopper criticism.
